1.<\/strong>\u00a0After receiving the Goods, the Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded in the Online Store within 14 days.
2.<\/strong>\u00a0To exercise their 14-day withdrawal right, the Buyer must not use the Goods in any way other than necessary to verify their nature, characteristics, and functioning, as would be allowed when testing the Goods in a physical store.
3.<\/strong>\u00a0If the Goods have been used for purposes other than verifying their nature, characteristics, and functioning, or show signs of use or wear,\u00a0Puhastusekspert<\/strong>\u00a0has the right to proportionally reduce the refundable amount according to the decrease in the value of the Goods.
4.<\/strong>\u00a0Costs related to returning the Goods are borne by the Buyer, except when the reason for return is that the Goods do not conform to the order (e.g. incorrect or defective product).
5.<\/strong>\u00a0To return the Goods, the Buyer must submit a withdrawal request to\u00a0Puhastusekspert<\/strong>\u00a0no later than 14 days from the receipt of the Goods or provide proof that the Goods were handed over to the carrier within this period. The withdrawal request can be sent via email to\u00a0info@puhastusekspert.ee<\/a><\/strong>.
6.<\/strong>\u00a0The 14-day withdrawal right does not apply if:
6.1.<\/strong>\u00a0The Buyer is a legal entity;
6.2.<\/strong>\u00a0The purchased Goods contain digital content, unless the Goods have not yet been made available to the Buyer or\u00a0Puhastusekspert<\/strong>\u00a0determines that the Buyer has not started using the digital content within the 14-day withdrawal period. Examples include e-learning courses and digital study materials;
6.3.<\/strong>\u00a0The Goods are produced on a custom order.
7.<\/strong>\u00a0Puhastusekspert<\/strong>\u00a0will refund all amounts received from the Buyer under the contract without undue delay, but no later than 14 days from receipt of the withdrawal request. Refunds do not include fees paid to third parties, especially fees related to installment payments.
8.<\/strong>\u00a0Puhastusekspert<\/strong>\u00a0may withhold the refund until the Goods have been received or until the Buyer has provided proof of shipment, whichever occurs first.
9.<\/strong>\u00a0If the Buyer has chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by the Online Store,\u00a0Puhastusekspert<\/strong>\u00a0is not obliged to refund costs exceeding the standard delivery fee.
10.<\/strong>\u00a0Puhastusekspert<\/strong>\u00a0reserves the right to cancel the sales transaction and demand the return of the Goods if the price listed in the Online Store is significantly below the market price due to an error.<\/p>\n\n\n
