Puhastusekspert is the
professional qualification awarding body in the cleaning sector.
Puhastusekspert has been the awarding body for professional qualifications in the cleaning sector since 2003. By the decision of the Service Sector Professional Council dated 24 January 2023 (Decision No. 34), we are authorised to award professional qualifications in the cleaning sector until 25 April 2028.

Register of Professional Certificates
In the Occupational Qualifications Register, you can access information on issued and valid professional certificates.
The register allows searches by certificate number, certificate holder, qualification titles, certificate issuing bodies, and certificate types.
When submitting an application for a professional qualification, the applicant’s consent is requested to publish their data in the Occupational Qualifications Register. If the applicant refuses consent for data publication, the information will not be displayed in the register. This may hinder the verification of a person’s competence in public procurements, as contracting authorities will not be able to verify the information via the register.
If a person who initially refused consent later wishes to make their data public, they must submit a free-form request to kutseregister@kutseregister.ee, after which the register will be updated accordingly.

Europass Certificate Supplements
The Europass Certificate Supplement is issued together with the professional certificate to make professional skills easier to understand.
The certificate supplement describes the skills of the certificate holder, the basis on which the certificate was awarded, and the types of jobs for which the certificate holder may be qualified. The purpose of the certificate supplement is to provide additional information about a specific certificate.
Without the professional certificate, this document has no legal validity. This means that it does not replace the original certificate nor grant the right for the certificate to be recognised by institutions in other countries.
