Privacy policy

We are committed to protecting the privacy of our customers and users. Accordingly, we have established this Privacy Policy for the collection, use, disclosure, transfer and retention of customer data. Our online activities are in accordance with all relevant activities, relevant European Union legislation and the laws of the Republic of Estonia.

Collection and use of personal data

Personal data is data that we specifically and indirectly associate with you as an individual, which we collect and process in order to fulfil a contract or contact an individual and to fulfil legal obligations.

The collection of personal data can take place in the following ways:

  • when submitting contact information (incl. your name, personal identification code, postal address, telephone number, e-mail address, preferred method of contact) on our website or elsewhere (e.g. office),
  • when using the website, accessing it through the customer’s account information or through cookies,
  • when making a purchase or order in our store or online store by storing the person’s contact information or information about purchasing preferences (we may ask you to voluntarily provide personal information and personal information in certain areas of the website). The personal data required may include name, address, postal code, e-mail address, telephone number and other data).

Collection of other data

We also collect non-personal data that cannot be directly linked to a specific person (gender, age, language preference, location).

We may also collect information about customer activities on our website. This information is collected and used to provide customers with more useful information and to know which parts of the products and services offered on the website are of most interest. Aggregate data is treated as non-personal data in this Privacy Policy.

Use and retention of collected personal data

With the collected personal data, we can inform customers of product news, campaigns and upcoming events. A customer who does not wish to be on our newsletter list or receive notifications can opt out of the group of recipients at any time.

We may also use the collected personal data for the delivery of goods and the fulfilment of obligations to the customer.

By agreeing to the terms and conditions of the Privacy Policy, the customer consents to the automated processing of their data. You can always withdraw your consent through our website or by submitting a statement in a form that can be reproduced in writing. Applications or withdrawals of consent shall not have a retroactive effect.

In order to better serve the customer, we may disclose information about individual users to a third party who provides services to us and is contractually obliged to keep the information shared confidential. A third party is, for example, our partner who is responsible for editing content or providing translation services.

We retain the customer’s personal data until the termination of the loyalty agreement. The data that we are obliged to keep pursuant to legislation (e.g. accounting data) is retained in accordance with the requirements provided by legislation.

Protection of personal data

We take all precautions (incl. administrative, technical and physical measures) to protect the customer’s personal data. Only authorised persons have access to change and process the data.

If you suspect that your personal information has not been used in a manner described in this Privacy Policy or that there is a risk that your information may have been leaked to third parties, please notify us immediately. Only in this way can we keep the potential damage to a minimum.

The customer has the right to demand the termination of the processing of their data, information on the use of the data and the transfer of the data to themselves or a third party in a commonly used format. To prevent misuse of customer data and rights, applications may only be submitted in a form in which the applicant’s identity can be identified (digitally signed or personally signed at the office). We have the right to respond to such requests within 30 calendar days.

We treat the request for termination of data processing as a statement of termination of the loyalty agreement.

Security

All personal data of the customer that has become known during the visit to the website and the conclusion of contracts will be treated as confidential information. An encrypted data communication channel ensures the security of the personal data of the person visiting the website.

Terms and conditions of the Privacy Policy, amendments to them

By using our website or filling in a regular customer application, you have read and agreed to these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to change the general terms and conditions of the Privacy Policy, if necessary, by notifying all regular customers, but we do our best to keep our Privacy Policy up-to-date and available to you on our website.
