The Cleaning Ergonomics e-learning course focuses on how to make cleaning work healthier, safer, and physically less demanding without compromising cleaning quality. The training covers working techniques, body postures, the use of cleaning agents, work organisation, and microbreaks.

The emphasis is on achieving genuinely clean surfaces, because only then is cleaning meaningful.
At the same time, the course helps you understand how to avoid overstrain, incorrect working postures, and unnecessary physical effort.
