The Guide for Using the INSTA 800 Standard Has Now been Published!

Puhastusekspert is taking part in the EU Erasmus+ international project “Cost Effective, Need Based Cleaning – INSTA 800”. The first part of the project is complete, resulting in a guide for using the INSTA 800 standard.

77 companies in six European countries were interviewed in the making of the guide. Companies both purchasing and offering cleaning services were interviewed. The companies included those who have already been utilising the standard for over 10 years and those who are only just considering using it. The aim of the guide is to map the best practices and bring conrete examples that help to understand and utilise the standard better.

The guides are available in all the languages of the countries of the companies that took part in the project. The guide includes the following topics:

• what is a quality profile and what is its role in the standard?
• first impressions when utilising the INSTA 800 standard (user experiences)
• the benefits of utilising the standard from the perspectives of both the client and the service provider
• key factors and tips for success
• misinterpretations of the INSTA 800 standard
• analysis of quality assessments and a summary and statistics on the use of the INSTA 800 standard in different countries
