Puhastusekspert OÜ Training Management Principles
1. General Organization
1.1. Puhastusekspert OÜ (hereinafter Puhastusekspert) provides professional training for adults in the field of cleaning and maintenance.
1.2. In organizing training activities, Puhastusekspert follows the Adult Education Act, the Continuing Education Standard, the Guidelines for Quality Assurance in Adult Continuing Education Institutions, the Trainer’s Handbook (ETKA Andras), the company’s Code of Business Ethics, its Articles of Association, and these Training Management Principles.
1.3. Training takes place in suitable premises that comply with health protection requirements.
1.4. The volume of training is calculated in academic hours (45 minutes).
1.5. Training is generally conducted in groups. In the case of individual learning, the training is carried out according to an individual curriculum based on the learner’s needs.
1.6. Instruction is provided in Estonian, Russian, or English.
1.7. The administrative language of the institution is Estonian.

2. Collection and Processing of Personal Data
2.1. Puhastusekspert collects the following data about learners: name; contact information (phone number, email address); personal identification code (required for the certificate).

3. Registration for Training and Formation of Training Groups
3.1. Learners may participate in training only if they have been enrolled in a study group by Puhastusekspert and have paid the tuition fee.
3.2. Registration is carried out through the website, and all registered participants will be contacted. All registrants receive immediate confirmation of their registration and, at least 3 days before the training, a reminder including information about the training location and transport options.
3.3. The size of training groups varies depending on the content of the training. The aim is to ensure that all participants achieve the intended learning outcomes.
3.4. Puhastusekspert OÜ reserves the right to make changes to the training plan and schedule, notifying all participants and registrants at least 3 working days in advance of the training.
3.5. Registration for the training and payment of the tuition fee is considered confirmation that the participant has read and agrees with the training management principles.

4. Completion of Training and Deregistration Procedure
4.1. A learner is added to the training list upon registration for the course.
4.2. A learner may be removed from the training list if the issued invoice is not paid. Each case is reviewed individually.
4.3. A certificate is issued to a learner who has achieved all the learning outcomes during the training and has participated in at least 70% of the study activities.
4.4. A statement of attendance is issued to a learner who has not achieved the learning outcomes and/or has partially attended the training.
4.2. A learner may be removed from the training list if the issued invoice is not paid. Each case is reviewed individually.
4.3. A certificate is issued to a learner who has achieved all the learning outcomes during the training and has participated in at least 70% of the study activities.

5. Principles and Procedure for Setting Tuition Fees, Fee Exemptions, and Discounts
5.1. Tuition fees are set by Puhastusekspert and published on the website.
5.2. When deciding on tuition fee discounts, factors such as previous participation in courses organized by Puhastusekspert, multiple participants from the same organization, and similar considerations may be taken into account.
5.3. Payment for the training is made based on an invoice before the start of the course. The invoice must be paid by the due date indicated on it.
5.4. Regardless of reminders, if the payment deadline is exceeded by more than 45 days, the unpaid invoice may be forwarded to a collection agency for further handling.
5.5. Tuition fee exemptions cannot be requested.

6. Withdrawal from Training
6.1. If a registered participant is unable to attend the training, they must notify Puhastusekspert by email at info@puhastusekspert.ee.
6.2. If withdrawal is notified at least 14 days before the start of the training, 100% of the tuition fee will be refunded; if notified at least 3 days before the training, 50% of the tuition fee will be refunded. No refund will be issued for later notifications.

7. Interruption of Training
7.1. In the event of discontinuing the training, the tuition fee will not be refunded. If there is a valid reason for interruption (e.g., health issues, business assignment, etc.), the learner may join the next group.
8. Student’s Rights:
8.1. To receive the training specified in the curriculum according to the chosen course, in the designated scope, location, and time.
8.2. To receive information about the organization of the training and the curriculum.
8.3. To request a refund of the tuition fee for courses canceled due to Puhastusekspert’s fault.
8.4. To leave the training voluntarily before the end of the study period, in which case the tuition fee will not be refunded.
8.5. To receive a certificate or statement at the end of the course upon successful completion of the final test, assessment, or exam.

9.1. To act in emergency situations (fire, water damage, bomb threat, etc.) in accordance with regulations and the instructions of Puhastusekspert staff.
9.2. To take proper care of the training materials and Puhastusekspert property provided for their use.
9.3. To behave in accordance with generally accepted standards of conduct.
9.4. To pay the tuition fee in the amount stated on the invoice and by the due date indicated.

10. Trainer’s Rights:
10.1. To establish classroom or training room rules (e.g., breaks, participation format).
10.2. To refuse to conduct the training in situations where safety or health requirements are not followed.
10.3. To remove a learner from the training who behaves inappropriately, is under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or otherwise disrupts the learning process and environment.

11. Trainer’s Obligations:
11.1. To conduct the training in accordance with the approved curriculum and schedule.
11.2. To prepare the necessary materials and learning activities for the training.
11.3. To apply the principles of adult education and take into account the needs of different learners.
11.4. To assess learners’ knowledge and skills objectively and impartially.
11.5. To provide learners with clear and timely feedback.

12. General Description of Trainers’ Qualifications:
12.1. Level 5 Adult Educator qualification.
12.2. Level 4 Cleaning Service Supervisor qualification.
12.3. Standard EVS 914:2020 – Agreement and Assessment of Cleaning Quality (INSTA), knowledge level 3.
12.4. At least 5 years of experience in the cleaning industry.
12.5. Trainers’ performance is evaluated after the training based on feedback from participants and the trainer.
12.6. Continuous improvement activities are carried out, and trainer development is actively pursued.

13.2. Training content is regularly updated in accordance with developments in the field.
13.3. The curricula and training content of courses conducted by Puhastusekspert are publicly available on the company’s website alongside the brief course descriptions.
13.4. At the end of each training, participants complete a feedback form online, providing evaluations of the training content, trainer, and training organization, and may submit suggestions for improvement.

14. Dispute Resolution Procedure
14.1. Disagreements and disputes between Puhastusekspert and the learner shall primarily be resolved through negotiation.
14.2. If the disagreements cannot be resolved through negotiation, the dispute shall be settled in the Viru County Court.

15. Other Conditions
15.1. Copyrights of training materials belong to Puhastusekspert OÜ. Copying, distributing, or using the materials for commercial purposes is prohibited without the written consent of Puhastusekspert OÜ.
15.2. During training, the trainer may take photos or videos for marketing and development purposes, unless the learner has explicitly objected.
15.3. Group discussions, exercises, and collaborative work created during the training are part of the course and may not be recorded or distributed without the consent of the trainer and participants.
15.4. Puhastusekspert is not responsible for the loss or damage of participants’ personal belongings during the training.
15.5. Puhastusekspert is not responsible for decisions or actions taken outside of the training as a result of the course (e.g., organizing cleaning services or changing work processes).
15.6. Puhastusekspert reserves the right to supplement and modify the training conditions, publishing any changes on its website.
