Puhastusekspert Joined the Top Ranks of Estonia’s Best Professional Qualification Providers
On December 10, a seminar by Kutsekoda took place, where the qualification system reform and new developments in vocational education were discussed. In addition, acknowledgements were given to the best professional qualification providers. Puhastusekspert received the title “Recognised Professional Qualification Provider” for the fourth time, which places us among the all-time top five professional qualification providers in Estonia.
This year’s “Recognised Professional Qualification Provider” competition highlighted the user-friendliness of qualification providers’ websites. Puhastusekspert clearly stood out in this area. All the necessary information can be easily found on our website and is presented in a way that is understandable for the qualification applicant. This recognition was particularly special for us because on the very morning of the deadline for submitting websites for the competition, our brand new website went live. We had been dedicated to the development of the website since the beginning of 2025.

What did Kutsekoda assess in the websites?
According to Kutsekoda, the website is one of the most important sources of information for a qualification applicant. Therefore, the committee and other professional qualification providers primarily assessed websites based on how easy it was to
15 professional qualification providers participated in the competition, and 11 of them also evaluated each other’s websites. Out of the fifteen websites, five of the most outstanding were selected, and Puhastusekspert was among the chosen. Based on the feedback, we clearly distinguished ourselves in terms of both content and user experience. As an innovation, descriptions and competencies for all qualifications have been provided. 22 Years as a Professional Qualification Provider
Puhastusekspert has been a professional qualification provider for 22 years. During this time, Kutsekoda has evaluated various areas: the quality of the assessment process, transparency, the training of assessors, and now also the user-friendliness of the application process.
There are a total of 106 professional qualification providers in Estonia. Only three professional qualification providers have received four-time recognition, and we are one of them. This places us among the top five professional qualification providers of all time.
