The Guide for Using the INSTA 800 Standard Has Now been Published!

Puhastusekspert is participating in the international project “Cost Effective, Need Based Cleaning – INSTA 800” under the European Union’s Erasmus+ program. The project’s first deliverable, a guide for using the standard, has now been completed.

For the preparation of the guide material, 77 companies from six European countries were interviewed. These included companies that either purchase or provide cleaning services, as well as those who have used the standard for over 10 years and those who are just considering its implementation. The objective of compiling the guide was to identify best practices and specific examples that facilitate a better understanding and application of the standard.

The guides have been compiled in the languages of all participating companies’ countries of origin. The guide covers the following topics:

• What is a quality profile and what is its role in the standard?
• First impressions when using the INSTA 800 standard (user experiences);
• Advantages of using the INSTA 800 standard for both service buyers and service providers;
• Key success factors and recommendations;
• Misinterpretations of the INSTA 800 standard;
• Analysis and summary of quality controls, along with statistics on INSTA 800 usage across different countries.
