In-house training

The purpose of training is to make changes to human behaviour or thinking. In order for the training to meet your expectations, it is important to map out in advance which changes the training should contribute to. The implementation of changes cannot only hinge on training, constant monitoring, i.e. change management, is important. Making changes without training is however almost impossible – training is an important source of motivation for employees.

We conduct cleaning trainings on site at the company according to the customer’s wishes.

Aim:

  • Facilitating change;
  • Raising awareness of cleaning, thereby optimising the cleaning work.

Possible content:

  • According to the agreement, announced programme or based on the audit results.

Benefits from the process:

  • More knowledgeable cleaning allows to achieve the desired level of cleanliness with less resources.
